Shipping Methods: USPS, United States Postal Service

Shipping Timeframes:

  • Made-To-Order: 2-3 Business Weeks

  • All In-Stock Pieces: 1-3 Business Days

  • Customs and Customized Pieces: To create and ship are often 4-6 weeks, possibly longer depending on the design and materials.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order's status using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Restrictions: Please note that shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses is restricted. Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer than the estimated timeframes provided.

Return Policy

Eligibility: Satisfaction with your purchase is important. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 10 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Condition of Return Item:

  • Items must be in their original condition.

    Any jewelry that has been resized, altered, or customized is not eligible for return.

Custom Made Jewelry:

  • Customs may be refunded 50% of the purchase value depending on the design via store credit. This refund will be up to Crown Forged to decide.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please email CrownForged@gmail.com.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item(s) and a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable).

  • Please securely package your item(s) and affix the return shipping label to the package.

  • Drop off the package at any authorized shipping carrier location.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item received).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email CrownForged@gmail.com immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Photos or additional information may be requested to assess the damage or defect.

Final Sale Items:

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon receiving.
